Liberty Burger Co

FAQ

Questions we answer before the smash hits the steel.

Long answers. No chatbot tone. If your question is missing, contact the counter and we may add it here.

Do you really have 120+ burgers?

Yes. The menu page lists them by lane with prices. If one is eighty-sixed, the wall board and eventually this site reflect it.

Can I customize?

Yes within reason: extra patty, cheese swap, no pickle, sauce on the side. We will not deconstruct a burger into a salad and call it Liberty.

Plant options?

See Plant & Poultry lane. We cook plant patties on a dedicated zone of the flat top when volume allows; ask if cross-contact matters to you.

Heat levels?

Spice lane is honest. Ghost Pepper Gamble is not a dare for children. We can tone sauces down.

Allergies?

Tell the cashier before payment. We flag tickets. Shared flat tops mean we cannot promise zero risk for severe allergies.

Gluten-free buns?

When supplier stock allows. Ask daily. Fees may apply.

Delivery?

Third-party apps when active. Packaging is sturdy; cheese pulls may settle. That is physics.

Catering?

Box lunches and hotel-pan smash packs for offices. Email hello@libertyburgerco.com with headcount and lane preferences.

Hours?

Sun Thu 11:00 AM 10:00 PM. Fri Sat 11:00 AM 12:00 AM. Kitchen closes 30 minutes before door.

Where are you?

2147 N Milwaukee Ave, Chicago, IL 60647, United States

Do you take reservations?

Counter service. Groups over 12 should call ahead so we can stage the flat top.

Kids menu?

Smaller Classic or cheese smash priced at the counter. No cartoon plates.

Alcohol?

Select local beers and soft drinks. ID required. We may cut off service.

Parking?

Street parking on Milwaukee and side streets. Watch the signs like your ticket depends on it.

Refunds?

See Refund Policy. Cold fries from sitting in a car for an hour are not a kitchen defect.

Gift cards?

Yes at the counter. Digital coming when the POS stops arguing.

Hiring?

Apply in person during non-rush hours with a short note about why smash matters to you.

Why comic outlines on the website?

Because the brand is loud on purpose. Quiet luxury has enough websites.

Is the secret sauce secret?

Yes. Ordering LBC House Secret is consent to mystery.

Can I photograph the kitchen?

Ask. During rush the answer is usually no. Safety first, content second.
